National Air and Surface System

National Air and Surface System (NASS)  - A computerized system operated at the St. Louis Accounting Service Center and 23 distribution networks offices to produce dispatch and labeling information for all mail classes. It is used by mail processing facilities. (Also seeaccounting service center)
